Local kids giving back to Hill Country residents….

The Cast of Wizard of Oz visited the residents of a local nursing home yesterday.

They were great performers and stopped to visit with the residents afterwards. What a great example these children are in reaching out to our community! You are an amazing bunch of kids! Thanks to Lee Colee-Atnip, director, for organizing the event.

It’s official! We made a trip to Corpus Christi last week for the President’s Banquet of TAPT and Grandaddy has finally retired! We’ve been waiting patiently :) Grandmamma retired a couple of years ago, but Grandaddy went from Transportation Director of CCISD to President of TAPT…so we had to share them for a couple of years.

It was a long hard road, but we stood fast and now the time has come! We finally have them back. Congratulations Grandaddy! Can’t wait to see more of y’all !!!

Here’s a link to a website that helps you find the the cheapest gas in town. Check it out and if you happen to be in the area…you might as well fill up!

Especially if you happen to be traveling this summer, with internet access, you can locate a pump that is, well…a little less shocking.
