Boot camp in Dripping Springs

I joined a boot camp a few weeks ago. The first day or two wasn’t so bad…however on the 3rd day after exercise…I could barely breath. Everything hurt and I wasn’t liking Steve, (my instructor), very much :)
But after sticking with it for a couple of weeks I’ve found I have more energy, I’m feeling stronger…and generally just feel really good! Bring on the summer, kids…Mom’s ready!!
I was a little worried that I wouldn’t keep it up, but it’s hard not to. I’m really starting to enjoy the camaraderie, (takes me back
and I really miss when I can’t make it. Granted, the email reminders from Steve and running into others participating in the program through-out the week also helps in making sure I get up when my alarm goes off at 5:00 am :) But now, I’m loving getting up starting off the day this way!
Something else really cool is that he’s teaching us about nutrition, he explains the muscles we’re using and how we’re conditioning our bodies.
